Use this Booking Form to pay your deposit and reserve your space After six weeks of classroom and clinical instruction, you will be ready and eligible to take the CNA exam for the State of Georgia. You will also receive clinical experience through Westbury Nursing Home and Laurel Park Rehabilitation. The fee for the course is $700. There is a non-refundable $50 enrollment fee.
